Electrical problem??? Need help!!! Empty Electrical problem??? Need help!!!

Having a nasty problem that's making my daily driver undependable.

Randomly while driving my lights will dim and or flash, the car runs very rough, the gauges will peg out, and some of the time the theft light will flash. I pull over turn the car off then restart and it runs fine for a while. It has seemed to be provoked by pushing the brake, or using components in the car like - powering on/off the radio, or putting the windows up tightly, (like it's drawing too much juice) (but also at acceleration). Also there's a whining like alternator noise, and other weird noises (pops/blurps) in the speakers. It's a stock Mach 1000, new battery, newer alternator.

Thinking bad ground, I've ran a new ground from the engine to the body, and a new ground to the stereo head unit, and was told maybe bad ground at the tail lights, I've cleaned and tightened the ground in the trunk, and I've re-checked the alternator and battery connections. Not trowing any codes.
Going to have the alternator checked, but, my last alternator problem was diagnosed by Ford dealer, because it checked fine at the parts store, Ford found during a drive test the alternator was dropping voltage due to a bad diode causing a code stating "camshaft position sensor circuit error".

NOT!!!! looking forward to taking it to the "stealership"!!!
Checked for solutions through google, but can't find problems exactly like mine??? Pulling (whats left of) my hair out,,, pale scratch hanging

Thanks for the input!

Turns out it was the alternator, AGAIN,,, bad diode, this one lasted 5 months, wondering how long it'll last this time. I didn't really think that's what it was because it had different symptoms. I guess that it just makes the computer go crazy. Now I'm just wondering what is causing this??? Is it just a bad regulator design, or is it something else on the car causing this??? Anyway glad it's going again & THANK GOD for lifetime warranties!!! cheers

The first one was stock (Ford). The one that just went bad (after 5 months) was from Autozone $230, bought from them because they offer lifetime vs. Ford offers 12mo. & I've heard there's LOTS of problems with ford alternators design, diode issues... I've been on the net. all day, what I'm finding- It seems there's a heat problem from alternator placement??? Some suggest higher output alternators, that have tougher diodes in them??? I'm still a Ford lover!(that's all I own)... but a little frustrated with this issue at 60,mi...
Don't know, I guess I'll just be changing my alt. 1 or 2 x a year...... shrug

LOL or you could wrap your exhaust and get a cowl hood with a heat exchanger to reduce some heat. but the scales of (free part & time) vs. ($$$) kinda tip in favor of free parts... sux tho...
