Forge the internals means boring ?sp it over right?

different pistons, rods, bearings, and so forth. u don't have to bore or stoke it. just use better parts that can handle the power increase. from what i have studied our blocks are only good to around 400-450hp anything over that and they are going to be RIP

not neccisarily. forged pistons crank and all the supporting. That's a mean motor for 1800. you could sell the supercharger for more than that!

lol rebuilding an engine is like open heart surgery not quite as difficult or life threatning though well i guess it could be if it exploded but either way

Just an update~
So I WON on Ebay, front and rear leather seats to replace the nasty cloth that is already in the car for like 130 dollas plus shipping. So in total thats like almost 400 hundered. It is worth every single dime to have the hot leather.

On another note, AJ is going to call Dustin and find out how much it will cost to have my motor rebuilt and bored 30 over. Cause we were thinking that we could leave the car with him for a couple months and he could work on it when he has the time and it just might be cheaper. I am soooo hoping anyhow. I will letcha all know what the outcome of that is next week after AJ talks to him.

congrats!!! and DO NOT tell dustin to take his time, i like dustin but Zak's friend branden did the same thing and his car sat for like 2 months and Branden ended up taking it to another shop. just an fyi

Oh definitely. Just tell them it is your daily driver so you need the job done in a timely manner and if they can't do it you will take it somewhere else. If you light a fire under them they will make sure to get it done. That's what I had to do with both of my cars when I took them there.
