Combating High Temp from a High Stall
I have been fighting high transmission temp for the last year. It only gets hot on the highway in OD. This is caused from me having a high stall non lockup converter, and the cruising rpms being well below the stall speed. This makes a LOT of heat. My problem was manageable when I was running 4.30 gears, but went with 3.55 gears after installing the YSi. The 3.55 gears put my engine rpms at about 2400, with a 3500+ stall on the highway. It needed taken care of if I was going to be able to drive it on the highway in the Summer.

Yep Bruce I was checking out the lines insulation by the headers along with the new spoiler Saturday at the meet. Glad it's working out well now. Guess you need to take a trip down road and see how things work now..

That's awesome... I like that "shark mouth" look.
