High Five Tour Cruise In

I received an email from Steve with the Central SC Mustang Club inviting us to a cruise in at Dick Smith Ford in Columbia Saturday 7/2/11 at 6. I'm attaching the email to this thread which has all of the details including information on the Wounded Warrior Project. Please come out and help support this wonderful cause.

The Central South Carolina Mustang Club and Dick Smith Ford would like to invite you and members of the WildHorses Mustang Club to a cruise-in 6:00 pm Saturday July 2nd at Dick Smith Ford 2800 Two Notch Road Columbia.
We are gathering in support of Wounded Warriors Family Support and the High Five Tour 2011
The mission of Wounded Warriors Family Support is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The families of our casualties suffer in many ways: some financially, some psychologically.
Wounded Warriors Family Support mitigates their trauma by allowing them to find peace and solace as a family once more in family-friendly resorts that we provide free of charge. The resort condominiums that we own in Orlando, Florida and Galveston Texas are quiet havens where war torn families can reunite and become stronger. A family retreat is being constructed on 80 acres in the Nebraska hill country.
The High Five Tour will gallop across America in our 2011 Shelby Mustang GT-500 to thank Americans for their support of our military families and to raise funds and awareness for the mission of Wounded Warriors Family Support, which is to provide support to the families of those who have been wounded, injured or killed during combat operations. The 50 state capitol city drive/fly road trip is real street level engagement designed to meet as many Americans as possible and thank them for their support of our military families who have given so much. Colonel John Folsom USMCR is scheduled to arrive at 6:00 pm. Col. Folsom is expected to stay about hour in the Columbia area before moving on to Greenville.

You are also invited to an open cruise-in at the Haywood Mall, Greenville, S.C. I-385 at exit 39. The cruise-in is part of the High Five Tour and is sponsored by the Foothills Mustang Club. It will be from 1:00 to 4:00 pm.
If any of your members are interested in providing escort duty along Col Folsoms route, I-20 from the I-95 interchange to Dick Smith Ford or from Dick Smith Ford to the Clinton exit I-26 exit 52. have them contact me. We can make arange ments to pick them up anywhere along the route.

if this meet is at 6 pm i might actually be able to make it for the first time with my crazy schedule I have, plus its a good cause :-)

We'll meet at the Bi Lo in Lexington for anyone close to Lexington at 5:00. We'll leave there by 5:15 and be on our way to Two Notch Rd. We'll make another stop at Waffle House on Broad River to pick up the Irmo crew about 5:30. Let me know if there are any questions!
