I think dropping the k member then lifting the car up is going to be the easiest way man. From all my searching, thats the easiest

I disagree with dropping the k-member lol just ask brendon and zak! you dont need to take the engine out, only lossen the motor mounts then raise the motor a few inches to get the pipes in Smile

O yeah, i forgot you mentioned that. I dont really trust the 2x4 or jack method lol... so maybe we will take advantage of you engine lift. haha

Ya it is definitely a project. I think the problem we ran into though was that his apartment complex made us lower it off the jack and jack stands a couple times which caused things to shift. After getting the k member out of the way the headers weren't a problem though. Haha I will say it was easier installing my supercharger then those headers.

Well his is a 98 so the engine bay may be different on pat's. I know people with hand tools who have done headers/midpipe on there 05+ in 6 hours working on the ground but there is also a lot more room to work.

yeah. Thats very true.

I think if we can use to hoist to hold the engine and then jack the car up around the motor it should be good. That's what alot of people on MM do
