The UPR is more like an enhanced stock feels, gets rid of all the bad stuff the stock shifter has going for it, but keeps the easy to shift and handle feel.

exactly man. You hit it right on the button. sorry bout the bad blood at first.

So is your handle lower than the exteme ajustable? that's the one i got with it and its low and i set it so it's straight up and get's rid of that funky bend toward the driver and i'm loving it.

Yeah - I took the top section out of the adjustable thing, then added an inch or so to the bottom and welded it even to a plate, then bolted the plate up to the shifter - it's pretty much perfect for me! Not quite as short as my old MGW, but the throws/feeling is more natural and less chunky.

the bullets are painted....grantid i personally think that for a 30 dollar paint job. it can't be beat. rubbing compound and all that should help e'm out. BUT i'm going to pick up another set of 275/40/17 all seasons and finally get out of these nittos for DD>

I think this "sleeper" sleek look is gonna be a good one. We are gonna have the 3 realms of MG mustangs. Pat with the chrome 18's. Clint with the deep dish anthrice bullets and me with the black bullets...and dark tint. lol Yeah son!
