jacked up shifter

ok so the cheap plastic on my auto shifter that moves up and down while shifting broke it started as a crack but today as i left for work it broke all the way and now i have to hit it in order to put it in park or anything above drive and as im sure you can tell this is an issue so if any of you have that stock shifter laying around or a cheap alternetive please let me know. im gonna take it in friday to see if its a waranty thing or not
