Exhaust swap Empty Exhaust swap

Thinking of swapping exhaust with my brother-in-law but not sure if it will work out. I believe he has a 04 gt and I have a 94 5.0. Can the exhaust be switched and will it match up from the H pipe? I am thinking it might be close but his is the 4.6 not sure how much different that it would line up. Any help would be awesome. Thanks :-)
