Car Show a Northwest High School

Northwest High School's Marching Band is having a car show to help raise money for new equipment and uniforms. It would be awesome to have as many of the guys as possible to come down and helpout by showin off your rides. Can yall please help us out, we really need it. If yall got questions i will talk to the people who are setting it up and get the details.

Thats neat you can count on me and larry to be there that is cool. In my home town we were more about the band more than we were about the football team. Which sucked. they haven't won a game in over 20yrs

Kind of odd that they scheduled it on Halloween.. That's gonna count me out. Sorry guys.

I will be in Ft. Knox for training during halloween so I'll be out too

Jon and I will be there. He will be off of the boat by then. Jon and I both went to NWHS.

Me too, the kids could really use the support and it's a much better fund raiser than there past ones. I have some flyers to pass out. The registration is going to be sort of a pain, they want pics of rides emailed with registration and there won't be any registration that day. I wasn't part of the planning, but I would be glad to help email pics and registration for any one that doesn't have internet access.

The last date to register is Oct. 25th and they want a picture emailed, I'm not sure how the payment will work. Here is the info from the website:

NWHS 1st Annual Motormania

October 31, 2009 from 10am to 6pm. This car show will include the following Classes: Classic , Muscle, Tuner, Truck, Motorcycle, and Open.

When is the last day to enter?Last date to enter vehicles will be October 25th 2009.

How to enter a vehicle? Email info to NWHSmotormania@charter.net , and Contact David Coppernol at (931) 220-7651.

What information should I include when emailing? Applicants must include a vehicle photo, First and Last name , contact number and/or email, and the class they are entering.

How much does it cost to enter a vehicle?
There is a $10 entry fee for motorcycles in the show, and a $20 entry fee for all other types of vehicles.

How much does it cost to attend?
There will be a $2 spectator fee per person. Children 12 and under will be admitted free. Also anyone with Active Military ID will be admitted free (please note this does not include your spouse or children).

Please note awards will be handed out toward the end of the show.

The more the merrier and bring candy!!

i will prob. show up to look around but not entering the car. have been sick this last week and just dont feel like getting it ready to show.

We had the booster meeting tonight.

Any car that shows up and pays will be allowed in.

Registration starts at 0900, Jody and I will be there early to help set up, and rope off an area for the Wildhorses.

Halloween costumes and decorations (family appropriate) are highly encouraged.

Still discussing a costume contest for the young kids?

There will concessions sold.

Trophies 1st and 2nd place for each class, best paint, best interior and best of show.

We really need a good turn out, only about 12 cars have pre-registered. Even if you don't want to show, come out and buy a coke for the kids.

This will be the last time the Connett Family Stangs will all be together, Jody's car will be shipped on Monday and Jarred's goes to storage over Thanksgiving.

i registered when they first posted last month and i tried calling the guy in the info but no one answers...can someone find out if i can pay the day of..

Yeah I talked to him and it is pay when we get there.

i will find out friday if i have to work sat. but if im off i am so game for this show.

when and where is everyone meeting? still not sure if i am going to make it but will try to.
