Anyone looking for a place to live

I just picked up a foreclosed duplex this week..I have an existing tenant on one side and the other side is empty. The unit is only 784 square feet, so its not that big at. Its got a bedroom, bathroom, living room, and a little dinning area. The person on the other side is a 50 year old African American female and has been living there for 4 years now. Im looking for $500 plus you pay electric and water. No deposit required. Trash removal is provided weekly by waste management. No deposit required. I'm looking for a 6 or 12 month lease agreement.
