January Calendar of Events!!

Ok everyone the Calendar for January is up!! Be sure and highlight those new Wildhorses Calendars everyone got at the Christmas party..

Jan 2-4 - Frosty Wheels Car Show

This is an indoor event with vendors, swap meet and naturally cars in the car show.. 3 day event Friday, Saturday & Sunday.

Admission: $9 per person, children 12 and under FREE. (Last year Military ID holders were FREE)
Friday - 4pm-8pm
Saturday - 9am-8pm
Sunday - 9am-2pm

Group cruise will be Sunday Jan 4th. Roll out of Clarksville at 8:15am meet for breakfast in Nashville at 9:00am then cruise to the show.

Meeting Time & Locations:
(Clarksville) K-mart parking lot off Madison St, Exit 11 from Interstate 24 at 8:00am
(Nashville) Phillips66 on Old Hickory Blvd, off Exit 40 from Interstate 24 at 8:45am

Jan 17th - Monthly Meeting

First offical meeting for 2009!!! This meeting will be conducting business for the new year. Going over the yearly calendar, handing out items to those that missed the party, going over details of WMC racing. Also looking to have a "guest speaker" at the meet.

Meeting Time & Location:
Ryan's parking lot on Wilma Rudolph Blvd off Exit 4 from Interstate 24 Clarksville at 5:30pm.


Hope to see everyone out at as many events as possible..

I was planning on either Sat. or Sun and not really particular about the time. So just either post up or pm me what times will be best for everyone and we'll make it happen.

If im home and at this poing its looking like im never going out again(been home a month) ..im in for the movie as well..

Hey set up a poll and see when the best day and time is to go? I heard alot of people wanting to go as a group
