Unilugs, any problems using those?
Now that the Thunderbird has new brake booster, MC, Carburetor, etc, etc, etc. And will go and stop, I have been thinking about upgrading the wheels.
We have settled on Keystone Klassics.
However, I am concerned about the fact that they are unilugs. Seems to me, back in the day, though unilugs were common, there were issues with them. Mainly I am concerned over whether they will need constant rebalancing.
I would like your input.
What issues have you heard/seen with unilugs and
Do you like the Klassics with the Thunderbird?
I always thought these wheels looked good on larger cars. Like this New Yorker.

The only thing I remember about those things is the washer always seemed to cone in.
I know you guys like the whole retro thing but I bet that thing would look pretty sweet with a modern wheel on it

I don't recall too much about them, my brother used 'em on his Torino and seemed to not have any problems. I do remember him having to re-torque on occasion.
