Tech day! 6-21-08

I spoke with AJ and due to his j-o-b they are having a lil party on sat. so he will not be able to hang out all day. we discussed doing my rear-main on sat along with anyone else that needed work then do Tyara's car on Sun.

**** UPDATE **** I may have landed a ford repair shop on 96th and Keystone :*woohoo*: I will let you all know tomorrow if its a go or not. 4 bays with lifts the shop doesnt actually open till Wednesday but the manager stated that we might be able to get in there this sat.

Your the man Dave how did you convice him into letting us use a real full shop. Cause your the man thats why!

I wasnt able to talk with the manager yet so it looks like my place on sat! I will update everyone if i see him

I gave Thomas those jack stands cause he said he was goign to be coming over. i work till 3 i think but i'll let you know if i'm rollin over.

All i will say is that about 6:30-7. There were less than 15 cars racing. I was very very disspointed.

It never got awesome. couple 1g's and 2'g talons running 12's. that was about it. The Lamborghini Diablo was a huuuuuuuuuuuuuuge dissaointment!

Update: Had tech day yesterday at our house. AJ started the breaks at around 9:30. Ran into a few issues, but other than those it went well. David and Rach stopped by later in the afternoon and the guys finished the breaks up and also painted the top of my 3rd break light so I can add the vinyl sticker I ordered. I am kinda dissapointed with that because I thought when I ordered it, it was going to cover the whole brake light but they sent me only enough to cover the front with the lettering. Not to mention all the other stuff that AJ ordered 3 weeks ago... have been on back order and haven't received those yet :?curses?: So.... looks like another Tech day is coming soon! It was a great time...until our new dog Savanna decided to take a mid night strole :?curses?: So we ended our evening at around 2 in the morning with yelling and running all over the neiborhood calling for Savanna! Thanks again to David and Rach, you guys rock!

We have been playing phone tag the entire time. :*bonk(: Great customer service too, I call and within hours they are calling right back with an update. I will definitely be using them again.

It always seems that what I order is the most popular and always goes on backorder. Next time, I'll order alteeza lights with neon under bodies. That way they are guaranteed to be in stock.
