You should have never had any problems to begine with. When I got my tuner I took it straight to my car, uploaded the tune and was done. But then agian I got mine new. If yours was preowned or some thing then that might have been the source of your problems.

glad my little fix was able to get you going for the short term and glad you are headed in the right direction to get things resolved!!! What were the specs SCT gave you? operating system models or build number? im thinking i may want to flash mine because i have a bunch of quirky stuff going on too.

The newest tune revision software was dated 2/28/11 I think. Go to SCT website and click on Tech Support, type in your S/N and it will take you to any updates available for your device. To reformat it open the updater software and press CTRL+ALT+SHFT+F and follow the prompts. It's very easy but it did take mine two tries to get right. You will also need to return your car to stock before doing it so you don't lose your stock tune. Mine didn't matter becasue somewhere along the way mine lost the stock tune.

Not really, just got tired of dealing with it really. ProDyno in SC is having a Dyno day on 4/30 so I'll deal with it until then and I'll ride up there and let them fix it for me. The RPM lag is just killing me.

To me, it almost feels like it's got a tune for an automatic in it. Not sure if that makes sense but I have both and my 97 GT has more get up and go than the Roush does.

I wish I knew more about the tune but to be honest the cars are beyond my skill level so when it comes to the tune and program I take mine to the pros. Most of the other stuff I can do myself but you need the dyno and program experience.

I think that blue color is perhaps the best color Ford has ever used. I had a 69 Mach 1 with a color like that just a little darker. Very nice and the back ground is nice to.
