Ordered from On3performance

Just wanna fill everyone in on an issue I'm running into. I have been wanting to boost my 06GT for awhile now. I started making some really great money and decided it was time to pull the trigger. I ordered 80lb Ford Racing injectors and the GT500 fuel pump setup. I also decided that an AEM water injection kit would be a nice way to cool the motor and for other reasons as well. I'm going to port the heads once they come off and maybe look at cams shortly down the road. The biggest part of the kit of course is the turbo kit. I ordered the basic 3v kit from On3performance. I spoke to Chad himself and he explained some dilemmas he has run into. Originally the kit was suppose to ship out at the end of last week. I tried calling him and got nothing. Finally, after some short research, I called a company that shares the same building with him. The girl knew Chad and was nice. got a msg to him, in which he did call me back that night. Unfortunately I missed the call, but he did leave me a msg with his email address. I wrote him and he was actually quick to respond. Within a few quick emails, it comes across that he is overwhelmed. Told me my kit was scheduled to be picked up. Unfortunately though, I didn't hear from him as far as any tracking information would have gone. I've read plenty of threads about the poor customer service, but also read plenty from people claiming to know him and give him a chance. If he comes through, I'll brag to anyone about him, but if not, of course I'll be another one complaining about the horrible service.

I guess basically, I'm curious if anyone has had any experience with Chad or On3performance? Or has any suggestions as to what I should do?
