Will be a awsume car. The new Mustang is a real performer, and the GT gets better gas milage than just a couple year older V6. Your option package is exactky what I would pick.

the car will be stock for a few days. the exhaust is very restrictive. an offroad X-pipe and a tuner. it needs the rev limiter raised to 7500. and rear O2's turned of at the very least.

delivery is scheduled for saturday in huntsville where i ordered it from.

can I have your old Mustang?

ive learned this whole prcess is VERY SLOW!!!!!

a little bit of news about the 2011.

the average dyno is 375rwhp. a few are lower but its tune related

the averge car regardless of gearing runs 12.7 @ 111-112

the average car runs 12.4x with drag radials only

with off road x-pipe , tune, filter, suspension it WILL run 11.65 @ 119mph

the average car runs 15:1 a/f at lower rpms, and 10:1 at higher rpms. the factory tune is very safe and there is a LOT of power to be had in just a tune.

i would expect a full bolt on car to get 11.2 @ 121mph

you wont have to spin the hell out of it to get big block power. keep the compression pump gas friendly. the heads make all of the power. 340 for base heads, and the will hand blend them or cnc the chambers if you like. in other words way more power than a ls-3. way more.
