AJ previously started the US41 thread but i wanted to move it to its own area before we head out so all details are lined up
Some questions we need answered are: Where should we meet and what time??
Most importantly who is going/ who is registered to race?

1fstroush wrote:IndyHP is renting US41 on May 3rd. It's $40 to for all the passes you want to make. There will be some race classes, but it's just for bragging rights, no payouts or anything. It is limited to 150 vehicles so get signed up if you plan on coming.

What: A day of quarter-mile drag racing with IndyHP, complete with classes and tough competition. Fun runs will also take place during the entire day for anyone wishing to just get out there and race.
Where: US41 Dragway in Morroco, Indiana
When: Saturday, May 3rd, 2008
Cost: $40 before April 15th, $60 After
Who: All IndyHP members and their guests (guests, please include the member who referred you in the form below).
Spectating is free but spectators must be accompanied by an IndyHP member or an invited guest.

I am not planning on heading out there friday night, I have work scheduled off for that friday May 2nd, to finish up my car if all goes well.
We need to schedule a 2 hour drive time (its less than that) and meet accordingly, we have met at Max and Erma's off of 71st St. exit off of 465 on the north side. I will make some phone calls tomorrow to verify when this event will be starting :^drunk^:

I'm thinking that we meet at 5:45 am and leave at 6:00 am. This will give us a two hour drive there and we'll be there right after they open the gates. :(dance):
How does that sound to everyone.
If needed, I can open my house Friday night to those that are attending so that they don't have to drive too far that early in the morning. :*frank*:

CAR UPDATE!! it doesnt look good at this point! Dustin would rather my exhaust be fixed before doing any tuning. so he is making a few phone calls and is getting back with me. I still cannot find my shifter handle

I have a hole where the old wastegate use to be. i have another wastegate on there and it doesnt leak but the tuner wanted me to get the exhaust fixed before he tuned it.. ill let you guys know when i know

that sucks, i could have had some fun, but i got another UPDATE for the TT beast.'
I went to autospec tonight and they got the piping moved up quite a bit. they also moved my bottom radiator hose and are planning on running the car on thursday!!! Ill keep you all posted on anything i hear wish it luck

Alright, so is max and erma's the final meetin place.
6 am sharp? And i'm just curious, if i'm coming westbound on 70 which is going to be the quickest way to get there, around 465 north or straight across to the westside then to 465?
