All Out In April
Ok everyone the flyers are out. Those who made the meeting have stacks to start distributing. I will have more at the next meetings for those who want them. Right now though I need to start getting volunteers lined up so we can actually run the event. We will need at least 15 people but 20 or more would be ideal so we can all switch out more for breaks and not having to work such long shifts. Asking everyone early so hopefully we can get those we need without trouble. Thanks everyone.

Re: All Out In April
I think we got our judges set D. But we will keep you in mind. I am more than willing to get those who volunteer doing a job they want to. No final choices yet so I'll let you know for sure well enough time man.

Re: All Out In April
Ok everyone I know not many people made it to the last meet to help plan more for the event. But some more info that we came to agreements on. Last year we got started late and were basically made to run heads up which sucked for alot. This year we will be running bracket. Heads up will be a choice if some choose that they want to run someone straight out. Ernie (SVT) is going to get guidlines straight so everyone knows from the start what the rules and rugulations are to cut down on confusion hopefully. If anyone has more they would like to contribute please do. You can post it or p.m. me anytime. Still need volunteers. This is a big thing for the group. It helps us get our name out and looks good to the city by promoting racing at the track not elsewhere.

The guidelines I have are simple yet fair, so whoever cries this time needs to be punched in the mouth. I will show you next meet Jon how I have it so you can approve.

Re: All Out In April
It's the march madness event we held the past three years that we have moved into April because the weather had hurt us the past two years. Just a new name since it's in April now instead of march. Still racing and a car show for cars and bikes.

Re: All Out In April
Could someone possibly scan in and post the flyer? I live 4 hours from Clarksville, but attended last year and would like to attend this year as well, but don't think I will see anyone with a flyer.
Also, post up the rules and regs as well.
Thanks,
Mark

Re: All Out In April
Sure thing Mark I'll get one posted up here ASAP for you. As far as the rules and regs Ernie (SVT) has taken care of those. I'm going to go with what he has come up with. I'll give him a call and see if he can get them up here for you as well.

Re: All Out In April
Ok no problem. It's an event we host every year at the Clarksville speedway with the drag racing event and a car show/show and shine. The racing and show are open to all makes and models. The racing is a bracket format so anyone can win. It all come down to the driver. Hope this helps give you a little bit of an idea about it and hope to see you there.tarafied1 wrote:where can I find the details? I'm a newb to the group and havn't been to a lot of the meetings.

Here is the rules for ya. I tried to keep them simple and straight. It is really about being smart instead of bringing a hunk of junk and complain. These are going to be handed out at the gate so everybody gets the same rules. I am doing this in a nice and fair way, but I will tell idiots to leave. Any questions just ask. The 2 step include the moduel for the stick shift cars as well.

Re: All Out In April
I'm glad that it's going to be a bracket setup this year. Should make it much more interesting than just getting raped by the race cars. Hopefully I'll be able to make it, still waiting on an updated tune and one more little upgrade...

Re: All Out In April
So for those of us racing, how much is the entry fee actually going to be? Just $25 + any buy-back? and if we want to show, that's an additional $10?
How are the classes going to be broken up? I see that there is KOS and Outlaw, is the outlaw class like 7.0 & lower cars, full cage or what?
