Check out the sponsor section on here we get a discount for them and most of them should have Fox body springs. You don't have to put new Isolators in you can either reuse your old ones or leave them off. I can help you put them in if you want. It would be easier if you came to my house to do it. let me know

A good jack and a jack stand is all you really need. A blind Novice can do it. 24mm wrench or socket for the lower strut bolt nuts and your basic ratchet and wenches. You don't need isolators but it will cut down on NVH.
Fox springs are cheap but if you're concerned with launching, just spend the 220 and get drag launch springs. You wont regret it. Then if you still want more from your suspension, get adjustable struts.

There was almost nothing left of Jessicas rear rubber isolators from her stock springs in her 2003. IDK if this was a common rot problem or not.

I called the dealership just for fun the other day to get prices on a single head, labor and gaskets. 910 for the head, 1004 for labor and 430 for gaskets, lol.
Re: new edge springs.........
well i was interested in the fox springs to lower the car a bit too. most launch springs i've seen, seem to look about the same ride height. i was lookin into them for a while and i know that the 220 aint too bad but i was just lookin into stuff b4 i go for it. do i need fox 4 cyl rear and gt fronts????

Fox springs dont lower the car, the lowering comes from cutting the fox springs. The reason people use the fox springs is for drag racing. Usually they just use the rears but you can use the fronts for a lighter spring rate for a better front lift on launch. I think Eric has fox rears and cut V6 springs up front.
Re: new edge springs.........
well is cutting them bad? is it easy? sorry if my questions are stupid, i am still kinda new to mustang modifications. i wanted to lower it but not lose any lift in front or drop in back like i would with a set of lowering springs.
