sorry i missed the meeting tonight. i got called in to work. so how many people are riding up on sat OCT 3rd to bowling green? did you guys exchange some #'s?

I'got a phone list from all the people that were at the meet and I'm gonna get with jon, tyler, and eddie to add the others that couldn't make it out and we'll have a good phone list for those that plan to attend meets or can be notified if there are any changes

Don't need a room. am only up the road a piece from Bowling Green. maybe an hour or so. Will be headed back home that eve.

1 hour 15 min drive. will be there on time. Call someone when I pull off interstate 65 and let them know I'm almost there. Thus knowing where everyone is parked.

Sorry i woint be making it to the show. It's just to much for me. For gas and food and to get in the show and pay to get in the races. Now if i pade the 25 to get in the show . i can get in the swap and races for free. Its like $75 for ever thing. thats just killing my pocket.

I think I am going down on just saturday and driving back to nashville later that evening. Hey "D" call this number 478-862-3708 or 949-254-5693. I was confused and worried about the cost just like you but one of the NMRA reps called me back and said you only pay $25(car show) to put your car in the show and not an additional $25 for yourself. She also said that every person in the car with you will have to pay that fee also. And if I heard her correctly you do have access to the racing and other things. I have gotten my wires crossed before so please call and check for yourself and don't take my word for it. Hope this helps and hope to see you guys there saturday.

LMK when you're planning on heading up there. I plan on being there Saturday as well. I'll just be driving back home since it's less than an hour drive for me.

Well ever thing depends on my check next week.( get pade byweek) and i wont find out if i have to work sat . intill friday . Thay dont post the weekend overtime intill fri. ya it's gay cause i never know if i will have sat off intill friday..

Will be there for the show and tourist watching on Sat.

I'll be there just before 9 or so. buzz my cell anytime on Sat . Will give the location of where I'm at and who i've joined up.

If you're showing it's $25 for you to get in and that's it, right? Or is it $25 to show + $25 to watch the races + $25 to get into the swap meet? That would be outrageous if that is the case..

25 to show and 25 for races and that incudes swap meet so 50 total for one person

The way I understood it when I called was that you get charged once for every activity that you enter you car in. She said that if I put my car in the car show, that is all I have to pay($25) and I can be a spectator on any event. If you can, call one of those numbers that I listed they will call you back with some good info 478-862-3708 or 949-254-5693.

I just sent an Email to Lisa Bodrey, the Vendor Sales & Car show promoter hoping to clarify the pricing.

$50 seems outrageous to me, I could completely understand paying $25 for all of the activities, but I don't know about $50!
