help needed

Ok so the storms last night were pretty ruff.. I need some help tomorrow, i know it is mothers day and if you cant make i understand, Meagans mom's basement flooded last night with about knee high water, she had alot of stuff down there and i just need some help to get it moved out so the land lord can get in there to clean the water up. anyone who can, i greatly apreciate it and if not its cool, so i am calling on anyone who can lend a hand with this, give me a call 931-237-5014. we are trying to work with schedules for everyone and would like to get started around noon or so... thanks everyone

yeah we cleaned the garage out today and were lucky enough to save alot of stuff had to do alot of drying of yearbooks and what not, only major loss so far is a queen size bed that was down there and the rideing lawn mower had water upto the bottom of the seat so it wont start, the real bad thing is the landlords insurance company cancelled the flood insurance on them so it is all on her mom. now its just alot of drying and trying to save more stuff if we can, the water was high enough to float a pool deck and put it in the neighbors yard 2 houses down and the next door neighbors car had water up to the mirrors so the interior was a loss. but atleast everyone was ok and we didnt loose anything that we cant save. now the fight with the dreaded black mold starts to try and keep it away.. thanks for everyones concerns and best wishes

I'd be after the land lord for not keeping up on the flood insurance. I'm an asshole when if come to that crap. I'd take him to court if I was you. That is totally jacked on his part.

yeah that is what i told the mother in law. but i guess the landlord is letting her out of the lease 6 months early because of it and trying to claim anything she can on the insurance
