Well I might be off the sideline club. I found a leak coming from my thermostat and sealed that up. Will test tonight and see what happens. If that works hopefully the slostang will be back on the track. Smile

:^drunk^: :_lol_: At this rate we will have more cars down then up and running... Be careful with giving Adams performance credit for founding this or he may start asking for dues..

AHAHHA This is Indy's condition. We have all the hopes and dreams in the world, but all of our cars are in no race condition.

Duct tape and WD-40 are the only tools you really need.

If it moves and it shouldn't, use duct tape.

If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.

Yeah well I gotta figure out if I want to use this as an excuse to put PI heads/intake on since I have to pull topend apart or buy Eddie's intake and slap it on. I'm leaning towards PI conversion but I need my car back up and running within a weekend. Any and all help will be appreciated on this. Smile

I've never done it on a 4.6, but I would think that it could be done in a weekend. Shouldn't be too much harder that HCI install on a 5.0. I'm just worried about how hard it will be to do in the car.

Yeah I'm poking around on it now, trying to get some info. I guess from what I have found there is a way for me just put PI intake and cams on my car which sounds pretty easy. The intake has to be changed no matter what. But if it looks like the heads are going to be a PITA on the car I might hold off and just do intake and possibly the cams, and get the heads I got lined up P&P and wait until I do the full motor.

use
pi intake gaskets and silicone both sides lightly. take care to keep it out of the ports. and thats it. you get most of the power of a PI without the hassle. change tha cams and get all but maybe 5hp of a PI.

I assume it's tapped already for the 2nd temp sensor?
