build ideas

So I am starting to map out what I want to do to the 98 GT now I am not rich by any means so there are limits to what I can do. Looking to get some feedback, ideas, and any experiences some of you may have had. Here are the options I am trying to decide between.

1) PI swap ( an obvious choice) but leaning towards Patriot heads and possibly cams too (this will take time for me to save up for) also want to do a different intake when this is done. Ideas on combos here?

2) 4v swap (now I have been told that n/a 03 Cobra motors can be had for $3-4,000) this really interests me but what kind of power can I expect and would it be worth the $?

3) NOS, PI intake, Catback, Tune, gears.

4) Complete new longblock 99+ or 3v and then do intake, headers, plenum+tb, NOS, etc, etc. This is probably more cost effective but I don't know.

That sounds like i plan.. Hope ever things works out so you can get ever thing you want for your stang.
