New TN Laws!!

A couple of New Laws that went in effect 01-01-09 in Tennessee..
1. Hybird vechicle owners can now ride in the HOV lane without an additional passage (You can go solo). You must get the special permit for this.
2. Persons that injure or kill a child under the age 12 in a vehicle accident due to drinking while driving well automatically have a jail sentence of no less than 2 years and up to 30 years..

I think this is still too easy on Drunk Drivers... I Am thinking more like DEATH...

yea if ur driveing drunk u need to get life in jail for killing someone :^drunk^:
