Wheel opinion

Alright for those of you who have seen my car or talked to me you probably know I hate my wheels. They used to be chrome bullets now they're silver powdercoated and they look like crap. This isnt exactly what I want but a buddy of mine got a new set of wheels for his Mach 1. So he offered me his 04 mach 1 wheels pretty cheap. So the question is do you all think mach wheels would look ok on my car? Or do I just live with the crappy powder coated bullets for a couple years or try to find another cheap set?

Exactly. I really like the bullet wheels on the 99-04 body style, I've never seen them on 94-98.

Personally........the bullets IMO.

well i like the bullets better but they have a crappy powdercoat job on them, if they were chrome still i wouldnt be thinking about it at all

i think the new rims will look alot better.

But if that was my car i would get some all black rims.

I personally don't care for solid black wheels... they look a lot better with a polished lip IMO.

I've seen mach1's on your body style before and they look pretty good, though.

Dont put mach 1 wheels on there. They were ugly on mach's and will be ugly on your car. Do you noT want to get new tires? If you dont mind buying new rear tires get some 03/04 cobra wheels in black. Nines in the front ten and half in the rear. Black rep cobra wheels can be had cheap. Or maybe some DD bullets if your liking the way they look, but dont put mach wheels on there. Looks like you have a saleen body kit why not put saleen reps on it? JMO BTW

well the mach wheels are far from my favorite but i just really hate my wheels now that they're not chrome anymore. I really want the boyd cottington junk yard dogs because they're polished aluminum and not chrome so they wont pit like mine did. I really am not a huge fan of all black wheels either or i would've had mine done in black. If i could find some cheap saleen reps i would get them but i dont have the money to put into parts i dont necessarily need, or at least wont make my car faster. But i really dont think i'm going to mess with the mach's because i dont think i'll like them any better than the ones i have on there now. and yea i'm trying not to buy new tires right now because mine are newish and my car money is low lol

thats what i'm looking for, chrome or preferrably polished aluminum because i can make it look just like chrome. But i'm pretty sure the machs are out, they're too straight-lined for my curvy car lol

im just a big fan of the black on black look..

i just seen a pic of a pre-99 the other day with machs and it looked good... but I can't remember where I seen it...

btw.. My winter rims are polished aluminum and they pit...

straight lines look good on the sn95s though.
