Patriotic wildhorses shirt

Heather is working on a wildhorses shirt(s) to try to sell to the public that is patriotic. She has used the wildhorse head design and modified it a lil to be patriotic..... it looks good soo far... not gonna spoil it till she is finished!! LOL!!! Has a catchy phrase and all!!! On the back she is gonna have it say WILDHORSESCLUB.NET.... should look cool when she is done.... maybe it could pan out to being a tri-chapter shirt???!!! Let me know what you guys think... sound like a good fundraiser... or doesnt sound interesting at all???

As soon as we can lets see the design.

She should have it finished today... I will take a picture and post it!

here is a rough draft.... kinda the idea she was goin for!! The Wildhorsesclub.net is gonna be on the back... she will pst pics later of the final draft!!

Okay, these pics are horrible. LOL. Basically black shirt with the "patriotic" horse logo on the front. This type lettering. don't know how big yet, but that style in that color. And then zack wanted the wildhorsesclub.net logo done in red, white, and blue, at the top on the back of the shirt. Not sure about the horse on the back, done in silver and navy blue. Could be re-sized if needs to be. Basically a rough draft that I would have to take to a Professional to get it all scanned on the computer, and then show me what the actual out-come and price will be. The lettering on the back may not be able to be done exactly how I drew it, because of the three colors. I will have to ask around and see. But that is the basic design, and it looks a lot better in person. LOL.

I LIKE THE WILD HORSES LOGO WITH THE FLAG WITH THE "AMERICAN MUSCLE HONORING AMERICAN SOLDIERS". THAT LOOKS GOOD. AND WITH THE MUSTANG LOGO ON THE BACK. I'D BE WILLING TO GET ONE OR TWO.

I like the way the horse looks with the colors, let me know if you need a hand with some art work. I'll try and get some time soon to do some detail to what you've done, looks good!

She was wondering if she can get the # to the guy that does our shirts to look at prices?!?!

Let me look into that, Shady was suppose to get that from Brian. After looking at the pics above, we won't be able to use the Ford Mustang logo (running horse), it's a registered trademark of Ford. Don't want to get caught up in that mess. But the Wildhorses logo shouldn't be a problem.

Good luck with that one. Ford will not let you use it with out a kick back.

Here is the email i got back from ford!! Sounds sweet ans solid.... now just have to read and fill out the form!!

First of all, this sounds like a good cause. Secondly, we'll need to have you complete the attached permission request before we move forward. Finally, I would ask you to use Acme Apparel to source the t-shirts in that they are a licensee of Ford and know our requirements.

I just emailed him back with the form and info he needed. It says on the form to allow 7-10 business days to hear back... so we have to be patient!!!
And I still have to get the # from Brian to even get prices!! I called him today and left a message... lets see how long it takes to hear back from everyone!! LOL!!!

I believe Ford just said that they want to use their source (Acme Apparel) for the t-shirts, does that mean the printing end of things also? Ford is very specific about these things. In a lot of cases, any design will become theirs (copyright laws and stuff). If I know big companies right, there is more to this Zack. Don't send off that permission request yet, email it to me I'd like to take a look at it. We've got time, don't rush along too quick, let's cover our bases.

Make sure you get your ART copy written, I am sure you dont want your art idea being sold on the shelves at wally word or k-mart with out some sort of kick back.

Yeah, I'd be SUPER pissed, and I would totally sue. Know how I can get it copyrighted?
