Christmas Party Plans!!!

eddie that sounds great to me.

How are we going to do gifts. we going to pick names or somthing.

Plans are finalized!!! Thank you both Bob and Alicia, for helping with this. Several places were suggested and many of them would have been nice to use, but only one place has been willing to accomodate all of our needs..

Here's the layout for the evening...

We'll have a facility all to ourselves for the night, no outside customers, this is will be a private party for the Wildhorses. It'll be an open unlimited buffet with 3 main servings of meats, veggies and deserts, plus a salad bar. The drinks will consist of coffee, tea and soft drinks. People can bring BYOB if desired. We'll have an open fireplace and music as well. The date is scheduled for Dec 13th. Dinner prices are being finalized this week, it currently looks to be $15 a person, children 12 and under $7.50 a person. Dinner is scheduled to be at 6:30pm and we can stay as late as midnight if need be.

Eddie also stated that this year the Secret Santa Gifts prices are to run between $15 -$25 for the gifts. Remember the gifts need to be non-gender based (A gift that both men and women can recieve). If you want to participate in the Secret Santa, you need to bring a wrapped gift.. I'll already got mind..

I can't wait until the party, it'll be so much fun, Eddie already has a lot of surprises for the group and this year it'll be good to have a place to ourselves without worries!!!!!

you never did say where it is going to be. so where is this fun place going to be

As Karen stated in the very first post about the Christmas party. "The last 2 years we've had our party somewhere in Nashville. This year it's going to be in Clarksville." Seeing that for the last 2 years everyone outside of Nashville has had to drive, it's only fitting that everyone outside Clarksville drives this year.

Here here. broke people that make barely enough to survive cantaford to drive to nashville again....lolol

How can I help out? hey I had an IDEa that was kinda crafty for your gift tat you hand out this year. so call me It could get done in two days easy and sentamental. I just need our wildhorse logo. and I want to run the IDEA by you before doing them and I need to know how many

Ok Keria is going to help me for what we talked about karen but Keira was wondering if her and CODY can come to the christmas party. I told them I would talk to you all about it.

Ok everyone the Big Christmas party is approaching!! The Christmas party is being held at the Country Catfish Diner. The menu will consist of a buffet dinner with the following 3 main dishes and 5 different vegetables, plus choice of 3 deserts all for $15 per person, children 12 and under $7.50 this includes unlimited tea, coffee and your first soft drink and tip included.

1. Chicken and dressing
2. Ham
3. Roast

Parents if you bring children, please bring a gift for your child to exchange also ($5 value). We have very exciting door prizes this year as well as the 50/50 drawing. We also are having our own Secret Santa Gift exchange, if you wish to play along bring a wrapped gift, (gender bias) either a man or woman could have. The gifts should be priced between $15-$25.

This has a been a great year for the Wildhorses and it's time for us to come together and end the year with family and friends as always. See everyone at the party.
