a little work yesterday

so yesterday i got a call for andy (riored94cobra) and he asked me if i could come and help him. He works at Performance Driven off of Decatur Ave. I agreed so i go up there right after work and we start the tear sown. The only reason we have not seen a lot of andy is because his car has had a slipping clutch and he hates to drive it like that. So we tore out the trans, pulled off the clutch and flywheel, and replaced the rear main seal. This is just the begining we still have to put the lightened flywheel on the new center force clutch on the new clutch cable firewall adjuster clutch quadrent long tube headers and off road h pipe. This car is going to sound good it also has borla side exhaust on it already. So this is going to be an on going process for a while now i will try and get some pictures and get them up.

Sounds like its going to be a nice car. What brand headers and midpipe is he using?

I know the long tubes are BBK and its been a while since i have seen the midpipe but i believe it is also BBK but don't quote me on that one oh yeah i forgot we also have the 03 Cobra IRS we are going to put in but we have to fix a half shaft first

yeah we will get this it should be a fun little car when we are done

I know when I put the headers on my car it changed the way it sounded completely. Its really quiet at idle and down low but when it hits powerband it screams. Congrats on getting the project started.

he thought about heading up here for the all ford car show at orp this sat but he said he needs to think about it still

Im still tryin to decide if i want to come up this weekend. Its either the ford show or indiana sprint week here. Ill make up my mind later this week and let you know.
