Past Event: Frontier Days Parade

This is on the Calender. Is anyone interested? Need to know ASAP. Please post if interested as this has not been canceled as expected. We can still gather at Advance Auto after but no fund raiser for Junior Diabetes. Frontier Days Parade People have not responded as of this Post.
The Parade is on Saturday September 10th.We will meet at Meijers in Charlotte at 9am and leave to go to the parade route at 9:15 sharp as the street will be closed for a 5K race soon after. The Parade will start at 10:30, so you will have time to due final touch ups before the parade starts
Check Bry's (wldflly) post below for the food and party at her house after the parade.

Hey if you want we can come back toi my place for hot dogs and hamburgers and stuff have 2 and a half acres and plenty of room indoors if it rains just bring chairs I plan on attending and I'm pretty sure davids bringing his car down to join us!!

I was going to ask the same question. Last year it was the only event I made it too and it rained all day. I had planned on spending a bunch of time on the 10th detailing the car for the downtown lansing show on the 11th, I'll check back in later to see if any others are planning on attending if not I may pass this year.

For the after parade gtg at my house you need to bring your own chairs and it is byob and a passing dish we will keep a list of what everyones bringing. If your going to drink keys will be taken at the door and only given back with valid dd who will have to pass a field sobriety test lol Have plenty of room for tents or floor space if people want to crash will just have to bring blankets and pillows!! Will have a bonfire also! May want to bring tents for shade we have one and will be using the garage also. We will be having hot dogs and james will be cooking baby back ribs for us and also will have mac and cheese we will have lemonade and kool aid for the kids! Anybody has any fun yard games feelfree to bring them we have plenty of space! Any questions let me know!! Can't wait to get all the stangs together!!

Joe and I will not be able to make it to the parade. Joe has to work until 3 on Saturdays. As for the after thing...I am really hoping to make it. I spun a rod in my vert so we are currently motor shopping, and comparing part prices. Depending on whats going on Joe may spend that weekend swapping motors.
