Past Event: Test and Tune June 24th, Midnight Madness

Who is up for a Test and Tune @ 131 on Friday June 24th?
Looking at the 131 Schedule it appears that they are having the Muscle Car Drags during the day on Fri/Sat and I can only assume some will stay for the Test and Tune afterwards. I think this would be a great day to go and see some cool old cars doing what they where made to do and also run our cars. who is in?

Lansing area members: we can meet at the Shell gas station downtown Charlotte at 4:30 and leave shortly after. Things don't get going until 6pm at the track, so this time should work out.

Keep an eye on weather over on the west side of the state, it is suppose to rain (50% chance). Hopefully we can get lucky with the weather! If it is raining on this side of the state, they won't be running. Most of you have my #, call if you are not sure (if you don't have my cell, send me a PM).----------Dan

I would dedfinately be up for this have been dying to see what my car can do with out getting a ticket!!! Lol

I've only been to that track once (long long ago). So can you tell me how much it is to run and how much for spectators?...

Sure as long as you will cover the value of the car if I total it. Insurance won't cover it on the dragstrip.

If you crash it at the strip I will be nice and we can drive it out on the road and I will drive my car into you and I will even take the blame. I know you want to see what that baby can do. plus 131 is so wide you have to be pretty stupid or have a crap load of power to hit the wall there
