I'm trying to decide whether I want to go with 275's or 315's.

I got to try out a set of 315 nitto DR's today... I dead hooked on a 6k launch out the hole. It was a 1.81 60' but I think I may have shifted before the 60'. I left HARD. Funny thing is, my suspension isn't set up for drag. I have H&R super sports and bilstiens. Not to mention my control arms are stock. Ended up spanking a 6.0 liter GTO by about 4 car lengths in the 1/4... I like them.

They hooked amazing! I cut a 1.98 60' when i raced AJ. I've never cut one that fast before 2.26 was my fastest before that!

Breakinparts. Black cobra that i raced? Black on Black bullets? ran a 13.5 one of em? lol.

Ya I know for sure the 275's would fit and I have been told that the nitto 315's would fit since they run narrower than the bfg and et streets.

315's fit find on the new edge body. I have seen them before. I like how the 275/40's look. They are meety!

Did you get new tires up front or did you just leave what you had on there?

You can fit as big as a 335 on a new edge.
and i think as big as 345 on termi's.... that's just insanly huge! Thats like 26'' of rubber touching to ground haha

i took the tires i had on the back and put e'm up front cuase i bent a front wheel.

I had to buy a new stock wheel. So i got these for drag tires. Gotta get some DD tires next week. Nothing special. falken 512's.

Yea I missed 4th 3 times on that run I ran you and just hit the brakes. lol Nice to meet ya man. I figured out how to do a burn out correctly. 1st gear burnouts weren't getting enough tire speed.

haha yeah. i was just staying in first and letting e'm smoke a little longer than normal. seemed to work out pretty well. hopefully i can get some more track time in soon.

yeah u should have seen this guy at the IndyHP event abusing these tires he had more smoke rolling off them than a Procharged Gt with hoosiers!!
