Tri-State Chapters Meet!!!!

Keep those calendars open for the weekend of August 8-10. We'll be having our first Tri-State Chapters meet in Santa Claus, Indiana. We'll spend the day Saturday at Holiday World www.holidayworld.com

Friday everyone rolls into Indiana, and just hangout.
Saturday head over to Holiday World for some fun, then see what we can get into later in the night.
Sunday recoupe from the night before, then see everyone off as they head back home.

Hotel, and Amusement info will be coming shortly. Setting up group discounts now.

It's a park for families, so everyone is welcomed. The parking lot party is a different story though, it's your call after that. :^drunk^:

Working rooms out right now, setting up 15 rooms for now. I've gotten one response back from Days Inn at $67 a night for a 2 night stay. We have until March 8th to lock in on those prices. Still have 7 more hotels that will be providing a group rate, waiting to see the best deal.

Also for those gamblers, we'll be about 30 miles from a couple of casinos as well..

From what I understand on the net, Lake Rudolph cabins for the weekend of the 8th are going for 170.00 a night. Is anyone looking into hotels for that weekend??.. the other is a little out of my price range. Please correct me if I am wrong on the price of the cabins.

CAMPGROUND and how do we get camping gear or a camper to Tennesee. I want to stay at a prebuilt sleeping facuilty

The campground was something someone threw up as a suggestion.. I'm working on the hotel deals. Right now I've got rooms lined up with a Days Inn at $67 per night, still seeing if I can get something better..

I will take a smoking room Eddie... bringing daughter and her friend.. so if I can get a couple of rooms with an adjoining door would be a plus. Let me know when you want a deposit.. or the payment of the rooms in full.
