Past Event: Fall Color Tour Oct 18th

Randy has been out of town, but will be back today. The rest of the info will be up today!

We will be leaving Charlotte at 10 am sharp.(please arrive a little early if you can) We will be proceeding to Hastings (M-79) then to Wayland (M-179 , M -43, Patterson Rd, (135th Ave ( Hayes Rd,) then to Dorr (135th Ave and 18th St SW ) then to Zeeland (18th St. SW, 100th St. SW(Adams St. SW), 96th Ave) We will then be stopping for Lunch at Pizza Hut at 237 E. Main St. Zeeland. Then proceed north on 96th Ave to M-45, 68th St. in Allendale. Then proceed to Coopersville, Then to 131 and the end of our run at the Meijers in Rockford. There will be turn by turn maps handed out to everyone who attends so if you get lost you can find the group. Also I will print my cell number on the map so if you have a question just call. Please let me know if you will be joining us along the route. You can PM me for a phone number to call.

This Route will be checked for road work and drivablity

I wish I could make it too. I can't wait to see pictures, At least I won't loose my stang. I just had to put it away early for the winter. The money I save in insurance will be enough to make my payments for awhile. I guess you guys can call me "Blazer Boy" over the winter.

Go Three lights.
2. Turn Left onto LAWRENCE HIGHWAY. Drive for 11.1 miles.
3. LAWRENCE HIGHWAY becomes LAWRENCE ROAD. Drive for 1.1
miles.
4. Turn RIGHT onto S CLARK ROAD. Drive for 2 miles.
5. S CLARK ROAD becomes S MAIN STREET. Drive for 0.3 miles.
6. Turn LEFT onto FULLER STREET. Drive for 0.6 miles.
7. Go STRAIGHT to get on E M79
heading WEST. Drive for 8.6 miles.

We had an absolute blast today! I don't remember the last time I had that fun getting lost those few times times, lol! Thanks to everyone who came out. We had 9 cars with representatives from Holland, Eaton Rapids, Grand Haven, Charlotte and Holt. And we would all like to thank Shady for the Defensive Driving Class. We will all be better drivers after going through his class or at least we all know how to turn a intersection into a scary looking parking lot.

Well, Barbara and I had a lot of fun yesterday. Thanks guys! Special thanks to Randy for putting together the ride, laying out the route, and printing off copies and directions for all of us. Much appreciated.
