Did some work to the GT
When I bought my car a few weeks ago the spoiler was broke off. I like the spoilerless look but got tired of staring at a few wholes. Local body shop said it would be cheaper buying another lid rather than filling them in and painting. So I JB welded the broke bolt into the spoiler..gonna put it back on until I can find a black wingless lid cheap....anyone? Also got the exhaust flanges replace...there was this awful rattle and when I got underneath to look the DS Magnaflow Muff was tilted to the right...Come to find out the flange broke so had both replaced...I have a couple of line ups for some wheels..just waiting to hear back..
I put the spoiler on, doesnt look too bad. Damn kids breaking ish not caring about the outcome...youngins LoL
With or without spoiler, that is the question.

Re: Did some work to the GT
most people that pull the wing off just put in little plastic plugs in the trunk. YOu can find them at any Hardware store

Thing is though...the kid who owned it pulled/pushed on it and ripped a bigger whole in one of the holes. About the size of a quarter. I've given my contact info to a couple of salvage yards within 150 miles so anticipating a call in the near future..LoLBraMas wrote:most people that pull the wing off just put in little plastic plugs in the trunk. Re: Did some work to the GT
Installed the 75mm Tb and plenum today, pretty simple. Goin with the 75mm I shouldve thought about the intake coupler not fitting, gonna grab a larger one tomorrow. I noticed on my way home from school that every time I engaged the clutch it felt like the brakes were being pressed. Pulled over, looked at all the rotors and the PS front was HOT! Rotor, rim and caliper was smokin hot! Think I have a bad caliper. Oh well, Cobra calipers and rotors tomorrow!!
