SNOW SUCKS!

Yeah... The first real snow of the season. Did I mention I don't like snow? At least it waited until the first of the year.

First real snow??? My white pine that is missing half a dozen large branches begs to differ! LOL

My wife always complains that I will move her to Florida everytime I talk about the cold. LOL Not a chance. Besides, she wants to move to the UP and hibernate. Not a chance too. LOL

First snow.......oh that's right, y'all missed out on the storm that got us at the end of November! We should be thankful that this weather has been pushed back until now. Don't recall seeing a December that mild is quite sometime (at least up here in the Great White North).

You're lucky to have caught an unusually warm winter for us this time of year. Not very often that we see motorcycles out in the middle of January...............in Michigan! For the record, I'm not a big fan of snow either (and I'm from Minnesota, lol).

Ya thats what my mom and sister tell me. I have been up here every year for Christmas (Clarksville was only 8 hour drive) for the past 4 years. Everytime there was snow on the ground and more hitting it..So I agree that this is strange weather this year!

Yeah! I had to plow my driveway for the first time today.

I got stuck at the END of.m. y driveway. The main roads (M66) was clear coming home from sisters. So I didn't think our road was bad. Waiting for the gate to electronically open and I went to release the clutch a little with no throttle ......spin. I managed to get it out but it wasn't ice or powder it was all compacted. I need more weight in the trunk, gonna grab some bags of sand in the AM. Tires are damn near new.

Thanks LoL.. Next year Ill be better prepared, cause she wont see snow again after this winter!

I had to drive my car one time in the snow. I was only able to go 45mph anything more and it would spin or slide and that was with the traction control on.

Good set of snow tires is all you needed. Worked great with the Term I had. Man what a difference. Then turn off the traction control at stops or I would never move! LOL

My wife likes to shovel the snow. And I encourage her all I can.

Bought 3 60lb Tubes of sand and threw them in the trunk. Havent tested it out yet being doing some NiteShading and exhaust inspecting...LoL

what is this "traction control" in which you speak of?! both of mine dont have that or ABS lol

I was told to turn TC off because it causes the motor to stall with a manual. Forgot to, "stall". Started it, TC off, crept right out LoL

Traction Conrol only limits wheel spin. With my car thats what I wanted, I had too much wheel spin and that was my problem with spinning/sliding. Not to worry anymore, Thats what I have my Blazer for!

yup..definitely gettun a winter beaternext year! wish someone wouldve told me to before this ish came!

I LOVE SNOW... Think I love snowmobiling as much as mustangs!!! I've spend 2 weeks total this winter in the U.P.... But this winter is terrible for snow fall totals.. It's been a bad winter up north as well.. Here's a photo of my group at lake of the clouds over looking Lake Superior, in the western U.P.

snow sucks... if it wasn't for snow michigan would be great...
