Sluggish

Just curious on what might of happened... I was driving my car and i like to play around on back roads to feel the power of my engine... well one day i got on the throttle really hard expecting my tires to spin out since they always have and they wont anymore... i figured i lost a little power since it was almost time to change my oil (probably about 300miles from due point)...well i got it changed and nothing improved... i just wanted to know what may cause it to feel so sluggish so randomly?

MAF could be dirty/ clogged air filter/ vacuum leaks/ spark plugs fouled out/ bad spark plug wires/ bad ignition coil to name a few things

Is the power loss around 3200 rpm's? if so you probably have dirty IMRC's

Iv received the code for imrc error before but best way I can explain was one day I can spin tires no problem in 2nd and next time I tried I couldn't... iv ran some seafoam through it to clean up make sure internals are good im considering the plug wires and coil packs they appear old or stock. Plus my filter does need a cleaning recently moved to a bigger house.. can't find filter cleaner kit in the box I packed it in yet lol
