Past Event: 2011 Ledges Classic Auto and Craft Show 7/9/11

The 22nd Annual Ledges Classic Auto and Craft Show, sponsored by the Friends of Eaton County Parks, is almost upon us. Come enjoy local crafts and 100 years of history being displayed at Fitzgerald Park in Grand Ledge, Saturday, July 9, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. rain or shine.

Registration starts at 9:00 a.m. at the park entrance. There is a $5 registration fee per car to participate in the show. A free goody bag and dash plaque will be given to the first 200 show vehicles registered. Door prizes, for car show participants, will be given out every hour starting at noon and 50's-60's-70's music will be provided. Personal choice awards will be presented by sheriff, police, fire department agencies, and special guests.

Other activities at the park include a craft show, new car display, and food and drink concessions offered by the Grand Ledge Lions Club and A&W

Directions to Fitzgerald Park, 133 Fitzgerald Park Dr., Grand Ledge, MI 48837
I-96 to exit 93-A (M-43/Saginaw Hwy. West). Travel six miles to Jefferson St. and turn right. Park entrance is on the left about l/2 mile.


Wildhorses-----Let's meet at the Meijers in Grand Ledge on W. Saginaw Hwy and M-100 (like we did last year) at 8:30am and leave for the show at 8:45am. We can try to win the club participation award there if we show up for this one!

Should be there with both cars!!

Hey gang, I've had a last minute deal come up in Indiana on Saturday. Unfortunately, cannot make the show. I can't get around avoiding this, sorry!

Richard, could you lead the gang in on this show? I'll give you a call Friday.

We probably won't be there. If so it will only be for part. Have everything planned in one little day. Can't possibly do it all. Rather be with you guys but you know how that goes!

I've spent the last 3 nights wheeling, waxing and detailing my car so I can get up early Saturday and go. I have been needing a day off from the wife, kids and so many other projects that I'm going no matter what!!! If it is slow I may not stay past lunch time but I will still be there. I guess I won't stop at Meijer just head straight over unless some others would like to meet?

I had a good time. Very relaxing. Thank you to the others who showed up today.

























I stopped on my way home and introduced myself. I had to ask if I could take a picture the car was all clean and shiney no better time.

Good pics. It's always a good day over there (as long as they can get the DJ to remember the show is about the cars, not how loud he can make his music).

We were involved with our Goldwing club, Fun Run. Good day too, just too bloody warm. LOL

Yes she was there before us, we moved over and made room for her. Maaco repainted her car it turned out nice.

Very nice pics, wish I could have been there. Sorry I couldn't make the show, had to go to Indiana for family at the last minute. Been out of service area and no internet.
