I'm really digging the silver one. I think this car has cured my want of a GT500 or a terminator. It is everything I need in a car

I was there yesterday and had to tell my wife I found my new Mustang - the Kona Blue and white Boss 302 was really nice. The Laguna Seca silver was great looking as well.

I thought it was funny that the announcer for the dyno said "bouncing off the rev limiter" - they weren't even close, short shifted it all the way! But it was nice to see it in action and was surprising that it wasn't louder.

We were there to day and I must say that I love all the Mustangs there. And ya I though that orange 302 would have been louder also, come to find out they had the exhaust muffled a bit more. Noise restrictions for being inside and for the show. But very cool still.

There were also a couple of Roush and DUB Mustangs. I'll try to post some pics when I get the chance.

Sorry but GM is really starting to suck. They didn't have anything worth looking at except the Corvete ZR1. Ford had a ton of stuff there, some new models and some new packages for the older ones. All GM could really do was show up with last years crap. Oh ya, they did have the all new Convertable v6 Camaro there so you can get your picture taken with it... Wow, I'm impressed!!!... Lol.

I don't understand why auto companies build "Concept Vehicles". It's like saying this is what we're capable of making but we'll settle for mediocrity. If you have no intentions of producing the vehicle then why put the money into R&D. Lower the overhead so the cost of the vehicles that are for sale can come down and everyone can have a piece of the american dream. Just my thoughts on "Concept Cars/Trucks"

Don't ever be suprissed when GM builds some thing as a concept that is really awsome and says we will never put it into production. Or they will say yes and then totally change it before it goes into production. That's what they did with the Chevy SSR truck. The concept version was for the most part completely street legal. And it's what those who preordered one thought they were getting until it was delivered. Plus they were originally promised the LS6 but got stuck with the LS3 instead. Ya know all manufactures do similar things but GM seems to do it more oftenmthan not.

MJ's appointment got done early enough, but she was kinda loopy so I didn't want to leave her alone (plus everyone went already). Maybe I can make it on Sunday if MJ is up to it.
