My Dad and I just bought our first restoration project, a 1971 convertible mustang.
Any good websites that can walk us through the project.

Wow great car. I have a 67 coupe that is in rough shape. If you do come across some good info or parts sites let me know. And if I do I'll post them for you. What kind of shape is it in? Engine drivetrain and body wise?

Not sure if you will get all of you're questions answered here, but we'll do some looking if we can't. There are so many sites out there, I'll sure you will be able to get some input. Looks like a great project though! Good luck and keep us updated if you can!

The drivetrain is the best part of the car!
There is a 351 rebuilt cleveland under the hood with a toploader transmission all ready to drive.
But there is no brakes and the frame is pretty badly rusted.
