Tim told me there is no access hole. You will have to drop the tank.

Consider changing the filler neck grommet while it is out. These usually get ripped and will leak gas every time you fill up or go around a corner

+1. I just changed mine 2 weekends ago and it was horrible. Actually a small part of it is in tank I think.. Not small enough to cause any problems, but I'll have to drop it all the way eventually and get it out..
If you've never dropped the tank before it is stupid simple. Take the passenger side trunk trim panel out, remove the vent tube, take out all of the small bolts & hex head bolts that hold the filler neck and gas door in place. Then all you have to do is take the three bolts holding the straps out and lower (with a jack) the tank about 4". Then wiggle the filler neck around until you get it out of the tank. From there you can replace the filler neck Gromet. There are a few tutorials online, just google it and you'll find everything you need to know. Make sure you run out most of the gas before you do any of this BTW.
