Hey Andrew, first of all Congrats! I've talked to you a lot about getting a Cobra. Here's a few things to add to your list or consider as well while you work on your list for the car.

Are you gonna take the IRS out and put in a solid axle? A 2.3 Whipple isn't a roots blower, it's a twin screw; You'll need 2 fuel pumps to upgrade the 2 fuel pumps you already have, or get kenne bell boosta pumps; what about headers? stock manifolds won't handle that kind of airflow and boost you want out of that blower; You'll need a MAF upgrade when upgrading the fuel. Talk to Joe when you get down there to Dynospeed and he'll get you pointed in the right direction on what other upgrades you'll want or need.

thanks TJ i absolutely love the car, it's just insane!

she's already got a live axle in it.

not going KB BAP, i'm going to run an MDM Jr, with a Fiore twin hat, and twin GT40 Pumps. Kooks headers are already on the car. Probably run the SCT MAF.

AH OK! You didn't have on your list the exsisting headers so I had to ask lol. And after i wrote to you i saw you had your Boost a Pump for sale so I figured you would have a plan.

pulled the valve covers out yesterday and stripped off the old paint that was bubbling up and cracking. thankfully they were relatively easy to clean up. getting them off the car was another story.

Sonic Bewst Image010

dropped the valve covers and the rear diff off at the powder coat shop today. I will have them back Tuesday, and then the car goes to diff shop on Wednesday to get everything re-installed and then I'll have my car back. im so excited, can't wait to get her back!
