9007 8000k HID Kit Empty 9007 8000k HID Kit

Hey guys, I have a HID kit for a 9007 bulb that is the 8000k color. Kit needs the relay as one bulb seem to have excessive rotation or "candle flicker" effect. I paid $55 shipped so that's all that I'm looking to get back. I bought another kit but this may work perfectly on another car as my new kit is doing the same thing and I think that I need a relay. Let me know if you're interested as it is already packaged to be shipped.
