Moving To Novi!

Well, Jessica Got the Promotion she been applying for and we will be moving to Novi in the next couple months. They are opening a new store there and she's supper stoked.

We just signed on a house yesterday in Royal Oak. I'm glad that's over. Now I'm only an hour away instead of two. Maybe now I can make it to more events.

We rented. We are looking to buy a house next year after her gross income is higher so we can buy the best house as possible. The garage is 2.5 car with enough room to work. Both mustangs and the Honda can fit in the garage if need be. This house is perfect for the two of us, 2.5 bath, 3 bedroom with a finished basement with another "non" bedroom (Something about it not having an Egress window.), sitting room and a big laundry room. And at only $1000 a month it was as steal for the area with 1500sqft. I can't wait to move in.
My only complains are the basement in the main area is a little short so I can't fit a projector overhead and I need to do a little painting to match our style.

Wow is that what house rent for now a days? It's been awhile since I rented.
We are renting our house in Kzoo to my little bro for like $850. that is a 3bd 2 bath on 5 acres. Hmm! I think it is time to raise his rent so I can buy more things

Well it's about $1 a sqft anywhere in the metro area so we really got a deal. Raise his rent! Raise his rent! Raise his rent! Mo Powa!
