1998 Audi A4 Sold!

I have a 1998 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro that needs to go. Car has 164,000 miles but has had a recent Timing belt service. (If you know Audi's you know this is important)
It has newer Pirelli tires,Bilstein Shocks and struts,Vogtland lowering springs. This has been a great winter car for me but I have already bought a new car I considered keeping it for my 13yr olds first car but I don't feel like storing it for 3 years.
The bad
A/C does not work (compressor)
Cruise does not work (not sure why)
Rip in the driver seat
Normal paint chips on the front end from Highway Travel
