May 30th Picnic

Since the tri state meet has been cancelled, we are gonna have a picnic at cheatam dam. We will meet at the kmart on madison street at 2:00pm. If you are planning on attending please bring some kind of food and put a post up of what you are gonna bring. you may want to bring your chairs.

if 2:00pm isnt a good time just let me know and ill change it, cause i know alot of people work on saturday

here is a small list of things we will need
plates
napkins
cups
plastic forks,spoons,knifes
hot dogs and buns
hamburgers and buns
condiments
chips
drinks
ice
coolers
charcoal and lighter fluid
side items
desert
and some more junk food

feel free to bring whatever you want to bring

are we grilling out that day? if so do we need a grill? if they dont have them there i can load mine in the truck and bring it along. and we will bring the burgers just let us know how many.

Sounds like fun but we have a military ball to attend.

Im pretty sure they have grills there, you may want to bring it just in case. We will need charcoal though.

Well hope that everyone has a good time but unfortunatelly I will be catching my boat and going back to work on the 29th.

We will be there as well, and will bring some hot dogs and hamburgers, and some chips and drinks. Thanks Tyler, this sounds like a lot of fun. also, we will need to bring our chairs as well. So far its just us and it still sounds like fun.

For those who live near the dam, what time should we get there?

I will be going. Will bring some potato salad and a bunch of sodas. So is the meeting place at Kmart south at 2:00?

We will also be there but not for sure what we will be bringing at this time.

Prob riding the bikes since it is suppose to be a nice day... I will bring some type of sweet.

yea the kmart on madison street by the bypass and if you live out that way try to be on the montgomery county side around 2:45pm - 3:00pm.

ok we will try to make it If the weather is nice I might be on the bike so we will get what your lack at the grocrey store by the K-mart if that is ok.

I'd love to come out, unfortunately I have to go to a friends wedding. You guys have fun and eat a burger for me & Jessi.

if it rains they have a pavilion with picnic tables, so we should be ok if it does.

for anyone that is gonna meet us there we are going to the clarksville side.

Connie and I are planning on going and bringing some friends.We will bring drinks,paper towels,paper plates, and whatever else we can think of.See everyone at 2p at K-Mart.

We had a great time everyone.. Running down the roads in the river bottom was great. Sorry had to bale so quick after the picnic started, but I needed to get back to Clarksville by 6:00pm...

Big thanks to Tyler and Derek for setting up the picnic. It was good seeing the new folks as well as others that I hadn't seen in awhile.
