May 9 BBQ, pool party

I know there is alot going on this weekend with pinks in memphis but I thought for those of us that might be tight on money but yet want to hang out with friends I thought I would open up my home for a BBQ. There is a pool and a hot tub and we spent all day today cleaning the pool and hottub so that everything is ready for the BBQ. All I ask is for you all to bring a side dish. we can do this like a pot luck. If you can make it then just post what you can bring to help out. I will provide hamburgers and hotdogs. I will really need a count of how many people can come so if you can post what you can bring and how many will be coming would be great. bring chairs to sit in. This would be a family event so kids are welcome to come I just ask that parent are responsible for watching there own kids.

If you want to drink feel free to bring what you want to drink. I have enough room that if someone needs to stay over for the night they can. During the day is the best time for this so I would say for things to start off by noonish and we can go into dinner time. Since people might have to work I thought if kids want to swim they might want to come during the heat of the day. I will also have water ballons and some other game for us to play while people are here. if you have a favorite game bring it and we can see if we can get some people playing it. I also have the last of fireworks that I figure our military guys can set off when it gets dark enough to finish the night off. about 9ish for the fireworks. OK now its up to you all if you want to do this just post and let me know.

Ok if anyone is planning on coming out please let me know so that I can have enough food here and we can like to a sign up on what we are going to bring. this is only going to be going on it the weather holds out for it. Ispent the whole day today getting the pool ready for the party.

Wish I could make it.. Got family coming in this weekend staying at my house for my brothers MBA graduation.

Have to work, so we want be making it out.
