Hello everyone, I'm in Eaton Rapids, MI area. I'm still trying to figure how to post pics and get my avatar set up, so bear with me. My toy is a 91 Coupe that will never be done, It's a strip and street toy. I probably only put 200 milres on the od this past summer. No one to cruise with. I have many parts to insatll this spring that I didn't get to last year. There are way too many mods to list but here are a few.
68 block .030 over w/main support 306ci 11:1 comp
fully balanced rotating assem
Stage 3 rods ARP wave lock bolts
Canton 7 qrt oil pan
Windsor Jr. heads fully ported and flowed
1.70 Rollers 7/16th studs
Soild Lifter Cam .565 lift on the big side
all Crane valve train
Vitor Jr. intake
Holley 750 mech. Race Carb
all MSD ignition
Holley elec. fuel pump
QA1 K Member
PA tubular control arms
Lakewood 90/10 struts
33 spline Strange axles w/spool
C-Clip Eliminators
4.56 gears
World Class Cobra T-5 trans (probably the next thing to BREAK)
There's a lot I'm missing just ask.
I also have a 91 Ranger with probably just as strong of a 302 with quite a parts list.
I will post pics as soon as I learn how any help is more than welcome. Hope to be crusing ASAP!!

Re: Newby: cnews85
Last year wasn't good, first time out my fuel pressure was giving me a false reading. It read 7psi when it was actually 16psi and the best I could do running like crap was 13.21 @ 105.6 on bfg radials. No thay were not drag radials like I run on the street now. The next time out I broke an axle on the line. I dropped the clutch at 6800rpm, a loud bang and that was it. I didn't move an inch. I bought whole new set up with 4.56 gears instead of 4.10's but never got back to the track again. I have most of my bugs worked out now and plan on spending as much time as possible at the track this year. I am hoping for an 11 sec time slip, if not I will change a few things to say the least.
