Gran Torino Movie

Ok seem like a bunch of us are in for the movie "Gran Torino".. No comes the decision of when and where.. Great Escapes on Tiny Town Rd seems good, plenty of parking and a good spot to show off the Stangs.. No for the best time to go.. So let's decide..

I vote Sunday afternoon, have to work this weekend and I don't feel like rushing out to the movies after work.. If we go Sunday, it'll be day light still and the group will look good parked together. Plus this just might raise more awareness to our club, from another Stangers driving by..

I like the thought of being there during the day. I had an issue with parking the stang there in the past and I don't like having it there after dark. But I can make any time on Sat. or Sun.

im finaly getting out of here friday morning going to new jersey then to dallas.. so Ill be gone for a while..

Well Sunday seems to be the plan.. I checked the movie schedule and 2:00pm showing looks good, this gives people plenty of time to still do lunch and make the showing. Plus we would get out before it gets too late in the afternoon, for people to get ready for work Monday..

None of those days look good for me. Car is down. During the last parade I had a pilot roller bearing squeeling so we are replacing it, the clutch and pressure plate, and the slave cylinder (hydraulic throw out bearing for all you non-S197 owners). Parts will be here friday, but don't know what time (UPS). Since the shop wont be open on saturday or sunday, it doesn't look good. Too many parades and trips to the track. And I'm gonna do it all again too...LOL

Yep, yours is in surgery as we speak. You will be on the road tomorrow! Just need to break 'er in right for 500 miles. Now, where did you want the 15lb n2o bottle mounted?
