anyone have spare rims and tires??

well on my way home from work i decided to avoid an accident instead of hitting the grand cherokee hauling a trailor that pulled out in front of me and i messed up both driver side rims and blew out 2 tires and chunks out of the rims does anyone have some spares i could borrow or something i understand it is winter time and most people have there spare set on but i can't afford tires or rims any help would be great thanks
