March 15th Itinerary!!!

Here's the plan for March 15th!! We've got 2 things going on, and hope to see everyone out at both events..

March 15th - St. Patrick's Day Parade

St. Patricks Parade and festival in Erin, TN. Once again we've been invited back to parade the rides in the parade. 2 meeting places for the parade lineup.

Clarksville Fairgrounds off Riverside Dr on HWY 48/13 at 7:30am.
Dollar General in Erin at 8:30am.


March 15th - 3rd Saturday of the Month Meet

Meeting Time & Location: 5:30pm at Ryan's on Wilma Rudolph Blvd in Clarksville, TN. Off exit 4 from Interstate 24 West. Basic meet & greet. Short cruise afterwards to grab something to eat. Got some more info on "March Madness" to put out as well as another 50/50 drawing with prizes..

Everyone have fun at the St. Patrick's Parade, I can't get off of work to make it. I will see everyone at the meeting at 5:30pm. Maybe this time I can win the 50/50 :*woohoo*:

Question for you? if it rains are they still going to do the parade? like are we meeting rain or shine? i thought maybe it would get canselled if it rained but I was not sure.
How many people do we have going to the parade?

It's NOT cancelled. They have been doing the parade for over 40+ years now without every cancelling. Rain, Sleet or Snow, the parade must go..... :*drive*:

I tried to call christy and troy no answer

steven and chelly said they would try to make it
geri and john are supose to be going
Chelly told me tony would be going

I do not have any other numbers to call
but i hope more people show up

Just wanted to say thanks to everyone that came out on the 15th whether you were at the parade or meeting. Not the best in weather conditions, but still a decent showing.

We had 13 rides in the parade even with all the rain that morning before we even got to the parade. Thanks for sticking it out in the weather everyone. Can't believe the rain stopped just when we got to Erin, then didn't start back up until after we finished the parade.. :*woohoo*: Not a good day for David, it seems the police were looking for issues this year and pulled David from the parade, just because he slightly spun his wheels in the gravel and mud.. :*gripe*: They even harrased Troy & Christy for letting their son John ride in Troy's lap behind the sterring wheel.. :*gripe*: If we get asked back next year, we may have to seriously look at the hassle from the police, before re-visiting the parade.

Also thanks to those that came out to the meeting. Once again not the favorite in weather conditions. I believe the winds must have been gusting at 30mph.. :*run*:
and very cold outside.... But still we ended up with 16 rides coming out before the night was over with.

Posters were given out to everyone from Jenkins & Wynne Ford. We also had another of the local mustang guys come out (Shaun white GT) to offer some items for sale for the 99 - 04 GT's (Prochamber mid pipe, PI intake & diablo programmer) If anyone is interested in the items let me know..

Some of the things discussed after the cruise over to DQ to visit another local club included;

1. Goodie bag party on March 22nd

2. Discounted tickets hande out to everyone for the upcoming car show in Nashville on March 21 -23

3. Meeting time for all workers at March Madness

4. Schedule for the Tri-Chapters meet in August and room payments..
